Add test for PbPb and pp test without gec

Add test running on PbPb data from TestFileDB. There is still a GEC cut of 40000 on the sum of UT and FT clusters which has an efficiency of about 88% (thanks @peilian). But without processing times look to high.

It requires Rec!2347 (merged) , with Rec!2347 (merged) @peilian tested that there is no crash on 12000 events.

Added test running HLT2 reco without GEC.
