Fix race condition in hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking_MagUp

The hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking_MagUp test outputs histograms and ntuples in the same files as the sibling hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking test. This is fixed here.

In addition, the dumping of options (for debugging) with --output= is fixed so that each test dumps to a unique file.
