Support truth matching of arbitrary containers of particles

Claire Prouve requested to merge Claire_truthMatching into master

Re-factorise the truth matching function so that users can easily apply the truth-matching to particles as well as lines. Includes changing the names of the functions and propagating the change throughout Moore.
