Add options to get and test all sprucing lines
Add a _get_sprucing_lines in lines/__init__.py to obtain all Sprucing lines in each module.
Add 2 option files to test all Sprucing lines on the outputs from 2or3body Topo lines with persistreco. 2 corresponding unit tests are also added.
