WP1 preparations for June FEST: add B2OC sprucing lines

  • import of 58 spruce lines (from b_to_dh.py and b_to_dhh.py) that are copies of hlt2 lines
  • add DDKPi lines to be ran in the spruce stage only
  • cleanup of B2OC options files in Hlt/Hlt2Conf/options, add them in Hlt/Hlt2Conf/options/b_to_open_charm/
  • add spruce line SpruceB2OC_BdToDsmK_DsmToHHH_FEST_Line with enhanced rate on min. bias simulated events to be used during June FEST
