Enable PersistReco for topological B lines

Set Persistreco to True for Hlt2Topo2BodyLine and Hlt2Topo3BodyLine.

This causes some warnings in the from-file all-lines test because the PersistReco PV cloner can't find the PV tracks. This is in turn because Brunel does not persist PV tracks. There's not much we can do about this so the test masks the specific warnings from the cloner.

right now the build of several random branches from different random people is failing as mine ... likely the problem is a general one ...

@apearce (cc @nskidmor @shunan) is there any show stopper on this ? is it "just" the usual pileup of commitements or there is something else hanging this that I have to consider ?
