B2OC: convert 3 and 4 body D builder to ThOr and other fixes

Shunan Zhang requested to merge b2oc_loki2thor_shunan_dbuilder into b2oc_loki2thor

The following changes are done:

  1. Conversion of make_dplus_to_hhh, make_dzero_to_kshh and make_dzero_to_hhhh to ThOr.
  2. Fix bugs in basic_builder.py, apply cuts with updated functors (which were not available before).
  3. Change function names and cuts in corresponding line builders.
