Draft: Add MCParticles to UT decoding test

• Add MCParticles to UT decoding test to be able to filter on MCVertices (the added MCParticles are unused in the testing script, but MCHits::mcParticle() returns nullptr if MCParticles are not in scope)
• Use new convenience MC unpackers in UT decoding test.
