Enable Persistreco by default for all QEE lepton lines

For all the QEE lepton lines we'll want extra persisted reco information, so this MR makes that happen by default.

Requires !853 (merged) to be merged first.

@apearce @mvesteri do you have any thoughts on this? We noted that this had been done recently for the topological B lines so took that as cue to do it here. I guess we'll need a full set of sprucing lines to define what we will in the end persist to disk; this work is very much in the early stages for QEE (see !853 (merged)).
