It would be great to find a codeowner for docs/!

@apearce I hope you don't mind me using this opportunity to say that it will be hard to imagine anyone putting as much energy into documentation as you have over the last years. The bar has been set very high indeed.

Perhaps the appropriate thing would be to transfer this responsibility to the Development Tools and Methods WG coordinators?
