Use less events for long Moore tests

• Replace data set for mc_cheated_pattern_recognition test, only use 100 events instead of 1000.
• Reduce number of events for PbPb tests to 20.
• Reduce number of events for hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking_no_gec test to 100

Needs a reference update.
