HLT2 complete reconstruction
The final missing link in the main HLT2 configuration is the ProtoParticle
creation. We can run the reconstruction up to just before that point, and we can run the selections taking the reconstruction from the file, but now we should have all the C++ pieces needed to link everything together.
This milestone also includes issues to help HLT2 line authors take full advantage of this. We should make sure all the relevant documentations exists and is accurate and useful. We also want HLT2 line studies to be able to use MC information, and to support running HLT2 on the Grid/with Ganga to allow for larger scale studies.
