As more and more HLT2 line authors start contributing, and the number of HLT2 lines becomes too large to validate individually, it's important that we have tools in place that allow authors to benchmark line metrics (rates, timing, bandwidth, physics efficiencies) and that allow regular monitoring of those metrics (e.g. in LHCbPR or the nightlies).

This milestone tracks issues on developing and deploying preliminary versions of the tools.
