Outdated value of rate reported in HltEfficiencyChecker docs

I was going through https://lhcbdoc.web.cern.ch/lhcbdoc/moore/master/tutorials/hltefficiencychecker.html and, with a freshly downloaded stack, I tried to run the example MooreAnalysis/run MooreAnalysis/HltEfficiencyChecker/scripts/hlt_eff_checker.py MooreAnalysis/HltEfficiencyChecker/options/hlt2_rate_example.yaml . To my surprise, I got 0kHz rather than 30kHz. I guess with some of the most recent updates of Moore this value became outdated? If so it can be useful to correct the guide.
