Hi @sesen @rmatev. I'd like to get started soon on moving HltEfficiencyChecker from MooreAnalysis to DaVinci (part of retirement of Analysis - see Analysis#52 (closed)).

I see the changes here are quite small, but the upstream Moore MR still has ongoing discussions and is large, so I guess this set of MRs is not very close to be merged. Is that a fair inference?

If so, if I get a set of MRs ready that move HltEfficiencyChecker to DaVinci before this MR is ready to merge, would it be too painful to move the changes here to an MR in DaVinci?

As long as you don't touch Moore config, that's fine for me. Is DaVinci expected to do streaming now?

I won't touch Moore, it's just a moving of the HltEfficiencyChecker package into DaVinci. There's no real streaming here in HltEfficiencyChecker, right? And so the only interaction DaVinci will have with streaming is what is here in MooreAnalysis now.

I never fully understood MooreAnalysis, so you are probably right. Go ahead, I can adapt DaVinci if needed.

Thanks, I'll follow up again here when the MRs to do the move are made.
