Update to use the updates to the Moore-Allen interface.

This update, or something like it, will be needed when the rewrite to the Moore-Allen interface to use Allen configured entirely through Gaudi is adopted.

Should go together with Allen!835 (merged), Moore!609 (merged), MooreOnline!99 (merged).
