update Allen configuration to the one used in the pit

It would be good to merge this soon, as it is the most performant configuration we have determined for now and any new stack used in the pit should use this configuration.

However, this changes the number of events per slice from 1000 to 10000. That is probably not the final configuration we want to run with and we should do studies as to how the performance changes when decreasing this value again.
