Follow changes in Online/ZeroMQ
Improve reliability of communication with adder jobs
Improve format of monitoring messages to be more forward compatible.
Include ZmqHistogramSvc that allows all 1D and 2D booked histograms to be sent out.
ZeroMQ and Hlt2Monitoring from Online (LHCb-SVN-mirrors/Online@f497befd) are imported to get the latest version of the HLT2 monitoring.
