Disable the independence test

• We're abusing the nightly build machines
• The test does not succeed anyway (> 3h times 8 processes...)

@rmatev Fair enough. Maybe we can adopt some independence testing in the lhcbpr suite of tests. Agree that this isn't appropriate for the qmtests.
