Testbench throughput and profiling updates

Tweak testbench and arch configuration such that it's easy to centrally produce a flamegraph of only the event loop.

Goes with lhcb-core/LHCbNightlyConf!1212 (merged) and lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!419 (merged)
