A new RecoMon test configuration

This MR is part of the plan to implement the RecoMon test result into LHCbPR, so that changes on reconstruction performance day by day can be validated with real data.

A new RecoMon test configuration called RecoMonPR is added to MooreOnline. Compared to the nominal RecoMon configuration, physics lines filter is applied, and the name of output file is fixed to make file sync easier.

The samples for monitoring related tests are all updated to data from 2024 data taking.
