add jobs for Online Alignment

Alignment Analyzer

• MooreOnlineConf/options/align_input.py
• MooreScripts/job/runAlignmentAnalyzer.sh
• MooreScripts/scripts/TestBeamGUI/AlignmentAnalyzer.xml
• Online/Converters/src/Runable.cpp

The Analyzer is tested in the TestBeamGUI and ECS. It produces the derivative file and cycles through the states correctly.

Alignment Iterator

• MooreOnlineConf/options/iterate_input.py
• MooreScripts/job/runAlignmentIterator.sh
• MooreScripts/scripts/TestBeamGUI/AlignmentIterator.xml the iterator is tested in the TestBeamGUI and ECS. It can read the derivative file and produces an xml file
