Added FastJet::Contrib package

Added the FastJet contrib package for jet analysis. No tools are added yet, but the contrib packages will now be available to make tools with. For example, if someone wanted to make a tool using the SoftDrop package, they can now

#include "fastjet/contrib/SoftDrop.h"
