enable multiple instances of LoKi::Hybrid::Dict2Tuple

Michael Kent Wilkinson requested to merge mwilkins/fixDict2tuple into run2-patches

Prepends the name of the specific Dict2Tuple instance to branch names in order to avoid overwrites, especially of default variables like DTF_CHI2 and DTF_NDOF.
