Remove swimming

Swimming is obsolete for Run 3 data. If it is used at all, it will be run at user level and not in production. See https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LHCBPS-1867.

@pkoppenb There are references to Swimming (and in particular SwimmingEvent) also in MicroDST/MicroDSTAlgorithm, MicroDST/MicroDSTInterfaces, MicroDST/MicroDSTTools, Phys/DSTWriters

There are some tests in Phys complaining about TupleToolSwimmingInfo not finding SwimmingReport.h. Can you have a look @pkoppenb?

The tool should be removed since the whole Swimming business is being removed. You can either do it or wait for @pkoppenb ;-).

BTW, why is this not set to run in the nightlies?

The build failure is in Analysis, actually.

@pkoppenb, should we not add the all-slots label, get this tested in the nightlies, and merge if OK, to then merge LHCb!2719 (merged) as well?
