Remove obsolete CVS keywords

Remove all keywords that had been added to extract information from the CVS system

@rmatev @pkoppenb I've been meaning to do this for quite some time, I hope this is a good moment to touch so many files without introducing conflicts. It should be fine and completely transparent but please nevertheless run a ci-test to check compilation.
