Add option to use the state provider instead of the track trajectory in the DecayTreeFitter

A new option is added to the DecayTreeFitter to allow for the use of the track state provider instead of the track trajectory when propagating the tracks to the estimated vertex position in the Kalman iterative fit procedure. The improved precision of the propagation is crucial when using T tracks.
