- move functions which are used once into the source files which use
  them
- remove the (unused!) option to clone ProtpParticles which are matched to
  MC from the code which is responsible for cloning MCParticles
- remove the interface which clones ProtoParticles, only leave the
  cloning of MCParticle and MCVertex
- remove unused code

- remove unused CopyMCHeader
- amalgamate single-use headers into the relevant componenent sources
