Revisit project dependencies with more experience

The discussion #353 (closed) concluded that DaVinci should depend on Moore. What this practically implies on release cycles, and branches is yet unknown. We should revisit after some data were taken.

Good morning, cc @amathad. This task was left open just in case. I don't think we want to change at this point. No major issues were found with the move. And we can always create a new issue should we need to rediscuss project dependencies. Am hence closing at this stage.
