Resolve comments reported after RetinaClustering merging

Federico Lazzari requested to merge flazzari_RetinaClustering into TDR

As suggested by @graven we removed VPRetinaClusterProcessingUnit class moving its functionality in VPRetinaClustering. This avoid a copy of the cluster vector.
