ChargedProtoANNPID - Disable instrumentation for some compilation units

Adapts to gaudi/Gaudi!744 (merged)

Some builds in ChargedProtoANNPID, based on autogenerated TMVA code, already takes a while. With the address sanitizer activate I found some taking >1h. This MR disables instrumentation for these.
