Fix RecMoniConf to enable Monitoring of new Upgrade sub-detectors

Up to now Brunel was unable to run monitoring sequences for the new Upgrade detectors CALOFUTURE, UT, FT. This MR adds that possibility and instantiates by default the corresponding Brunel sequences
