Converted all counters of TrackBestTrackCreator to new counters and added one for ghostProbability
The new counter on ghostProbability allows to see discrepancies that then change the Rich output (see discussion in Brunel!609 (merged) and fixes in !1365 (merged)) They typically demonstrate that there is still something not thread safe in the ghost probability computation.
