Put back MeasurementProvider into ParamKalman

Reverts using TrackHits inside the Parameterized Kalman and use again LHCbIDs plus MeasurementProvider. This is to prepare the merge of the new SOA Track Container (!1532 (merged)) which for now do not contain the UT and FT hits inside the object.

It will make the throughput tests including the ParameterizedKalman slower but the plan is to replace by a Velo+momentum fit anyhow (!1558 (closed)).

The Brunel.brunel-upgrade-paramKalman needs an updated reference file as the merge request has an effect on the output.
