Added IPCHI2 to IPResolutionCheckerNT

This minor change adds an IPCHI2 in the ntuple created by the IPResolutionCheckerNT. Very practical for comparing the performance of a fitted track (which thus has a reliable IPCHI2) to a non-fitted track (which only has IP). Allows to make plots like the one attached.IPCHI2_vs_IP.pdf
