New parabola seed window search in PrHybridSeeding

Some new properties are added to allow for usage of new search windows using parabola. Most probably, the possibility of using two different models will be temporary, but should not affect performance for now.

New search windows are easier to tune and to understand, and from preliminary tests, either decrease the timing for a minimal loss of efficiency, or have a much better efficiency on electrons without the need for a dedicated fit.
