ChargedProtoParticleTupleAlg - Add ntuple printout suppression

@rmatev @mstahl Note this MR and !1875 (merged) both will change the same Brunel reference log, for the xdst-to-xdt test. I therefore suggest testing and merging them together, and then updating the ref only once.
