Add seed (SciFi) track category in RICH track filter

This change is needed to allow running RICH reconstruction for seed tracks.

The main physics motivation is to use seed tracks for particles decaying downstream of the UT detector. More details in this presentation.

The plan is to:

  1. study the performance of RICH PID on seed tracks;
  2. estimate the impact on HLT2 throughput when Seed tracks are included for RICH reconstruction.

If the outcome of the two items above is positive (decent performance + acceptable impact on throughput) we plan to propose to add this in the HLT2 baseline reconstruction.

Moore!510 (merged) depends on this.
