Add SciFi data monitoring

This merge requests adds the SciFi data monitoring algorithms and scripts to tests them.

• Adds FTNZSHist as a class for storing histograms for NZS cluster monitoring
• Adds FTClusterMonitor for monitoring FTLiteClusters from clusterbanks
• Adds FTDigitMonitor for monitoring FTDigits from NZSbanks
• Adds FTNZSClusterMonitor for monitoring FTLiteClusters coming from the NZSbanks, and comparing them to the FTLiteClusters created from the raw NZS FTDigits through offline clustering
• Adds 3 scripts to run the monitoring on currently available simulation mdf files
