Remove OTDAQ from RecSummary

Removed inclusions of OT header in RecSummary. Seems not to be used. Related to LHCb!2735 (merged)

Removing lhcb-run3-cleanup label as this causes a merge conflict in Rec/RecAlgs/src/RecSummaryAlg.h. Let's keep that aside for the next round of cleanup.

Builds fine locally, but let's test once more tonight

This looks good in lhcb-run3-cleanup. I think it's ready to merge, but since only x86_64-centos7-gcc9-opt was tested you might want to add it to another slot for tonight.
