Add a protection to the Mut UT hit container in case too many hits found. Thanks @rjhunter for reporting this.

Note: This is a temporary fix because it should be resolved with flexible size of container. But it would be good to merge this into master at the moment in case more HLT2 line developers run into the same issue.
