Make the sizes of inner track containers flexible

  • Make the sizes of inner track containers flexible with SOACollections in PrAddUTHitsTools, PrVeloUT

  • Make the size of internal UT hit container flexible in Rec/Pr/PrKernel/PrKernel/PrMutUTHits.h

  • The flexible inner track containers and hit containers for VeloClusterTrackingSIMD are under investigation in !2303 (merged)

  • Adapt the algorithms with TracksTag in each container, follow up in LHCb!2855 (merged)
