Improvements to PrKalman based on further validation & Range adjustments of TrackResChecker Histos

PrKalmanFilter

  • BegRich1 and EndRich1 are now both created based on the closest hit on the respective side of the RICH.
  • extrapolate_and_noise function was missing the handling of energy loss. Now fixed ✔

TrackResChecker

  • Adapt some histogram range limits to make better plots
