Clean up Run2 stuff in TrackMonitor

• Basically remove the Run2 related detector info.
• Modified the histogram names with meaningful names instead of numbers.
• Add histograms of number of hits for each sub-detectors.

Needs experts of VELO or track fitter to further check.
