New ghost rejection NN for PrForwardTracking
A new neural network (MLP) for track quality estimation making use of variables also used in PrMatchNN. This lowers the ghost rate and keeps efficiencies stable. In addition a linear discriminant is used on candidates made of x hits only. A small performance improvement is included by avoiding construction of x candidates that are going to be killed by fits anyway.
