now that run-1 and run-2 detectors are no longer supported, all trajectories are currently lines, so simplify the code accordingly...

Hi @graven, the results of lhcb-master-mr#2187:

• Rec - x86_64-centos7-clang8-opt(dgb)= 1 warning: 'UTDecoder' defined as a struct template here but previously declared as a class template; this is valid, but may result in linker errors under the Microsoft C++ ABI [-Wmismatched-tags]
• timeouts in the same platform above for Moore and Brunel

As mentioned elsewhere/previously, the first warning is not due to this MR, and is fixed by LHCb!2997 (merged), specifically this change. So it would be good to get LHCb!2997 (merged) merged so this goes away.

And as far as the time-outs go, as these only concern one platform I'm going to blame 'infrastructure problems'.
