Remove unnecessary includes of Track v2

Title says it all, connected to LHCb#136

  • remove more v2::Track includes
  • Retrofit PatPV3DFuture with v1 Track and RecVertex, for the removal of v2::Track
  • Fix bug in PatPV3DFuture
  • Adapt Brunel configuration to work with PatPV3DFuture with v1 tracks and vertices
  • Make PrCheatedSciFiTracking to return PrTracks, actually add the tracks to the output, making it useful
  • Remove comments
