Remove dependencies on Run 1/2 detectors

• Remove VeloRGhostClassification
• Modify other ghost classification tools to work with upgrade detectors
• Remove Run 1/2 detectors in TrackFitMatchMonitor.cpp
• Rename TT to UT in KalmanFitResult.cpp

There are other codes which depend on Run 1/2 detectors where I am not sure if they are still needed.
