Compatibility with LHCb!3367 and streamline DistanceCalculator
Follow changes in LHCb!3367 (merged), use explicit types from SIMDWrappers as early as possible, and add explicit template instantiations to verify compliance of event model classes opt-in with ThOr. Also see #223.
In addition, streamline DistanceCalculator by taking advantage of the above.
