Update TMVA files for ghost prob to new format

Update TMVA files for ghost prob to new TMV utils format. Adapt the UpgradeGhostId and UpgradeGhostIdNT tools for it.

Necessary change for the upcoming introduction of the functional ghost probability algorithm.

The NN response shows changes on the 10e-5 level (relative), most likely due to some double -> float replacements. For physics changes on this scale are negligible.
